Take The Media To Where You Purportedly Deployed 1.500 Solar Street Lights In Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency – Activist Paul Charges Obi Aguocha

Comrade Paul Ikechukwu Njoku, a human rights activist, author and political strategist to Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji, has charged the member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency in the green chamber of the National Assembly, Hon. Obi Aguocha, to kindly take the media to where he purportedly deployed 1,500 Solar Street Lights in Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency, stressing that Aguocha should be interrogated for always claiming projects that are executed by federal agencies, Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Abia State Government and Federal Ministry of Works, having repeatedly claimed that constituency project-funds are not released to him by the federal government to execute projects.

“I challenge Hon. Obi Aguocha to kindly show evidence by taking the media to where he purportedly deployed 1,500 Solar Street Lights in Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency. We must continue to interrogate him for always claiming a few projects that are executed by federal agencies, Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Abia State Government and Federal Ministry of Works, having repeatedly claimed that constituency project-funds are not released to him by the federal government to execute projects.

“He should explain to us whether his numerous colleagues who are developing their constituencies with impactful landmark projects, human capital developments and massive empowerments to their constituents not serving with him in the 10th Federal House of Representatives. He should not be claiming projects executed by federal agencies, NDDC, Abia State government and Federal Ministry of Works as his landmark projects. He should tell us what he has done with the constituency money released to him by the federal government than telling lies and resorting to untrue claims”, Njoku fumed.

This is following a media report credited to Hon. Aguocha that a visible transformation is taking shape across communities in Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency with 1,500 Solar-Powered Streetlight installations across different communities.

Reacting further, Comrade Njoku, criticized Aguocha to be held accountable and answer questions why Hon. Ginger Onwusibe and Hon. Amobi Ogah of Abia State et al are massively using same constituency funds by the federal government for visible developments in their constituencies unlike him.

“Hon. Obi Aguocha should honourably resign and stop campaigning for second tenure as he initially claimed that constituency project-funds have not been released to him by the federal government. This is misleading and ridiculous.

“The good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency should challenge Obi Aguocha to explain whether his numerous colleagues who are developing their constituencies with impactful landmark projects, human capital developments and massive empowerments not  serving with him in the 10th Federal House of Representatives.

“He lies by always claiming projects that are not executed by him including the Umuahia/Ikot-Ekpene Federal Road project. He should not be re-elected for his unproductive representation. Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji would have massively done far better than him and should be elected to replace him.

“Aguocha should be held accountable for the unaccounted constituency funds by the federal government. He must be charged to answer questions why Hon. Ginger Onwusibe and Hon. Amobi Ogah of Abia State et al are massively using same constituency funds by the federal government for the large development of their constituencies unlike him. He was following Nnamdi Kanu everywhere mindless to visibly utilize constituency funds for the development and empowerment of the good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency.

“As Obi Aguocha laments that constituency project-funds are not released to him by the federal government, my question is, “where did he get the funds for his purported 1, 500 Solar-Powered Streetlight installations, unverified building of schools, ghost hospitals, imaginary scholarships, fake human capital development, laughable attraction and unreal co-sponsorship of Umuahia – Ikot-Ekpene federal road project amongst other unconfirmed constituency projects in his claims?”, Njoku stated.
