‘You Served the People Very Well During Your Tenure as Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly’ – Ikwuano/Umuahia Women Endorse Chinedum Orji

The women of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency have set to vote and endorsed Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji to represent them in the Green Chamber, adding that his giant strides speak for his capacity and competence to represent them.

This was held following the Ikwuano/Umuahia women’s programme in Umuahia on Wednesday, 19th August, 2026.

Endorsing him, the women stressed that there was no going back to Egypt.

They lamented that Hon. Orji served the people very well during his tenure as Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, noting that he is more than a conqueror.

Reacting, Orji said that the best endorsement is that of the people. “What I just need is for the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency to give me the power so I can serve them and deliver the full dividends of democracy.”
