Ndi Ikwuano/Umuahia Mma Mma Nu: A Clarion Call for True Leadership and Progress – By Mavis Oluchi Onukwuo

Ndi Ikwuano/Umuahia mma mma nu, nke onye chiri ya gazienu!

As the election approaches, I am taking this opportunity to reach out to the conscience of our people—our vibrant youths, our dedicated women, our elders, and every single person who holds the power of the vote. This is a crucial moment for our collective future, and it is time for us to come out in a massive, united group to shape our destiny.

We have a golden opportunity to support and vote for our good son, a proven leader who has always put the people first: *Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnanya Orji (Ikukuoma Abia).*

As our elders wisely say, “Onye na-eme ofuma, ka ekwe na-akpo”—it is the one who does good that the drums beat for in praise. Ikukuoma has already proven his worth. During his tenure as Speaker, he did not just occupy an office; he brought governance down to the grassroots. His regime was defined by massive empowerment programs that lifted families, gave hope to the hopeless, and gave our youth a voice. He has consistently shown himself to be a true philanthropist, standing tall as a leader who genuinely cares for the welfare of the ordinary citizen.

Now is the time to look at the bigger picture. Let us remove all forms of jealousy, envy, and petty distractions from among us. Progress cannot thrive where division exists. Instead, let us unite with one heart and one voice to vote him back into leadership for a better, brighter, and more beautiful Ikwuano/Umuahia.

Your vote is your voice. Let us use it to bring back quality representation, effective legislative capacity, and human empowerment. Come out in your numbers on election day, stand strong, and vote for Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnanya Orji.

Together, let us build the prosperous constituency we all deserve!

Ikukuoma Abia! Nke onye chiri, ya gazie!
