If death trap has a description, it is the Iyi Umudere collapsed bridge in Olokoro, Umuahia South. The video has surfaced online and site depicts nothing but abysmal failure of representation. A lady, Divine Oluebube lamented the deplorable situation, voice shaking, showing planks shaking over water. Many shall not be surprised if one asks if there is any form of existing representation.

We watched it. Water has eaten the middle, irons sticking out like teeth, planks laid by villagers shaking. Iyi Umudere in Olokoro, Umuahia South has cut into two and the people have also been cut off. While Ulonna South Farm Settlement in Ohuhu, Umuahia North — which Mazi Ndudim Iweha cries about — rots because palm produce cannot reach market, Olokoro in Umuahia South is also cut off by same pattern of neglect. Both Umuahia North and Umuahia South are crying. If death trap has a name, has a picture, has a video — it is Iyi Umudere in Olokoro. And our Rep, Obi Aguocha, keeps mum.

WHAT IS OBI AGUOCHA REPRESENTING IF IYI UMUDERE IN OLOKORO IS CUT INTO TWO?

What is Obi Aguocha representing if Iyi Umudere in Olokoro, Umuahia South has cut into two and people cut off, while Ulonna South in Ohuhu, Umuahia North is abandoned? Three years and some months in House of Representatives, you visited Iyi Umudere with camera, posted visitation photos, but bridge remains death trap in October 2026. What are you representing — visitation or construction? Photo ops or performance? Orji family is not representing Ikwuano Umuahia, you are. Yet you keep diverting attention from this death trap and shouting Orjis as though they are ones representing Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency. They are private citizens since 2023. You are Rep.

WHY SUCH SCENARIO AND YOU KEEP SHOUTING ORJI?

Why is there such scenario — a collapsed bridge in Olokoro, Umuahia South that is death trap, and Ulonna South Settlement in Ohuhu, Umuahia North abandoned — and Obi Aguocha keeps diverting attention and shouting Orji’s? Because failure has no defense. When bridge collapses in Olokoro, responsible Rep shouts at Federal Ministry of Works, Ecological Fund, NDDC, moves motion, secures emergency. Not shouting private citizens. The picture shows Obi Aguocha is a failure in all ramifications. Failure in Umuahia North, failure in Umuahia South, failure in Ikwuano. Failure in infrastructure, failure in voice, failure in conscience.

RT HON CHINEDUM ENYINNAYA ORJI WOULD NOT ALLOW THIS SHAME

Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji would not allow Iyi Umudere collapsed bridge to be in such situation when there is a window to remedy the situation. He would have moved motion for emergency, chased Ecological Fund that Aguocha used to offer N1.8m handout at Amaeke Ibeku erosion on Sept 24, 2026 instead of real intervention, secured NDDC or Federal Works to fix Olokoro death trap. Window is there — budget, motions, lobbying — but Aguocha uses window to shout Orji.

THE MAN IN THE HEARTS OF NDI OLOKORO TO EMANCIPATE THEM

That is why Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji is the man in the hearts of Ndi Olokoro to emancipate them from this shame of representation. For death trap in Olokoro to continue till 2031? For Ulonna South in Ohuhu to continue rotting till 2031? Let him go and stand on broken slab of Iyi Umudere in Olokoro and say no vacancy. Let him tell mothers crossing with children that there is no vacancy. Olokoro-Ahiaukwu-Amangwo-Umuajata Road Contract 6063 N204,205,050 abandoned and should be fiercely interrogated but Aguocha is on a daily insulting the Orji as though they are the cause of his failure. Two trailers of rice missing. And bridge cut into two. Is there representation?
